 Breakfast, bar-service and restaurant are provided in the beautiful Turandot Hall of the Castle, a dining-room where our guests will discover the intriguing flavours of a true regional cuisine. The handsome library and exquisite sitting-rooms are ideal for reading, conversation and work. The Castle also offers a distinctive meeting room, where even work becomes a pleasure and also Villa Ada contains modern meeting-rooms for the most varied business-requirements. |
 Our wine cellar, which is based on the famous ancient cellar of the count Telfner, has inside more than two hundred types of Umbrian's wines. In accordance with the traditional Table d'Hote, wines are strictly of the local region. Now, inside the wine shop, our chef organizes cooking-lessons in the traditional italian way.
The facilities include: a swimming-pool, ping-pong, and mountain bikes rental for sightseeing of our property. Moreover, the Oscano Mill is an authentic farming estate which makes and sells typical Umbrian produce, such as wine, oil, cheese and honey. |
 During november-december and january we have a "brucatura", the picking directly by hand from the olive trees (more than 5.000 examples within our property of 250 hectars) and the following manifacturing-process taking place at the old mill just 800 metres from the Castle, where customers are allowed to taste the fresh olive-oil obtained by different types of olive trees.
We also make reservation of rental cars directly here on the spot, or at the airport or at the railways station. We also organize guided tours of the area by languages-speaking persons. |
