• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 5pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  We have weekly price for the entire Villa (9 people).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Villa Oliviero is based on 4 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are many quiet, private and very romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, towels and linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  This is only a customer matter.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite television, VCR and CD stereo are available at the Villa but not in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There's a big dining room with an ancient fireplace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, down in Positano. There are 2 car parking included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, but customer can easily ask what they want in the morning at the Villa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Praiano, Sorrento, Amalfi, Furore, Capri.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino Naples' airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, you can pay this at the end of the week.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Down the street which brings at the Villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  Possibly no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. We have a grate cooke on our disposal to pay at the end of the week.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
