• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 02.00 pm.
  Check-out before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, rates include buffet breakfast. Beach service with 1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 sun lounger is also included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes all rooms have private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, each room is with individual air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have a free internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have the private beach.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes parking and garage are available free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car directly at our hotel. Medium cost for a compact car 40 is Euro.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The supermarket is at 2 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Salerno.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, the taxi costs 85 Euro. We have a free shuttle service from Salerno railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno or Pontecagnano.
• How far away is the beach?
  50 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Yes private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not inside the hotel, but you can find all at 4 km from our hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
