• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes naturally.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Much of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct phone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  It will be ready at the end of May.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Sorrento or at the airport of Naples, but the hotel can provide it, if requested. We have a private taxi service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  All shops are about 1 km from the hotel, in the centre of S.Agata.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  S. Agata sui due golfi, 300 metres; sorrento 7 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples (Capodichino), 50 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not a free shuittle service. We can organize a transfer from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Sorrento is 7 km away from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not again.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Naturally. The elegant and romantic Villa Oasi.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a ISDN line in ecah room and we have also a free internet service in the office.
