 Swimming pool & Park:
A second lot of terrain was formerly part of an adiacent villa, built in 1870 for a minister of the Queen Victoria of England. Actually it was its tropical garden, abandoned since the villa itself was transformed in a condominuim. We restored that garden by saving 15 century-old palms, 3 eucalyptus, and many other smaller rare species. |
 Then we connected it through a 70 m tunnel to the first lot and built a 250-sqm fresh-water swimming pool. In 1992 a 3-story building (called «Pool» building) was then erected with no environmental impact on the area itself. There you can find 21 splendid rooms ( Deluxe, Superior and Standard ) overlooking the pool and its topical garden, and the Mediterranean. A children playground and the open-air restaurant-grill Dalak were added in 1996-98. A secondary parking lot is also available there. It can hold up to3 coaches or 30 cars. |
 "L'Asmara" Restaurant:
The "L'Asmara" Restaurant is an exclusive restaurant where you can find the most refined type of Italian cuisine next to typical Ligurian dishes. Ligurian cuisine perfectly combines ancient country traditions of the hinterland to the best sea recipes from the coast and so it can rightly be considered as a classical example of Mediterranean Diet. Up to 40 people can be waited on in the "L'Asmara" Room, while in the Winter Garden Room, which is surrounded by glass windows overlooking the luxurious tropical garden of the hotel, there is room for 120 people. |

"Degli Ulivi" Gold Country Club
Built in the 30s by British architects, it was the first golf country club to open in Italy. It has charming parcours among olive trees, overlooking the blue of the Mediterrenean.

- The Belle Époque Riviera
You will reach Cannes by the motorway (80 km. / 50 miles - about 2 hours). Stop at the Croisette for a visit to the Palace of Cinema and a walk along the beautiful promenade, where you can find elegant hotels dating back to the Belle Époque; do not miss the chance to go shopping in the old town. Possible boat trip to the Lerins Isles which are part of a protected sea park. Lunch break and then you will reach Nice by the coastal road which goes through Juan les Pins and Antibes. (30 km. / 20 miles - about 40 min.). Sightseeing tour of the town which includes the Russian Church, the historic Negresco Hotel, and the Promenade des Anglais. Stop at Place Massena; here you can spend your spare time walking through the old town or going shopping. The Flower Market is on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while the Flea Market is on Mondays. Back to Monaco by the Grand Corniche and then back to San Remo by the motorway. Stop at Eze where you will be able to visit a perfume factory. |
