everything was within walking distance very convenient. Alittle noisy at night with the restaurants below.

extremely clean, calm and spacious with very friendly and helpful staff; it was pleasant to be trusted with the key to the main building for returning after midnight -we felt quite at home!

the hotel was one of the best we stayed at in our month of touring around italy.
the staff were very polite and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable......only small problem was finding the hotel because the street signs pointing the way to the hotel says hotel Garden, not hotel nouvo garden.
I would definitley stay there again!!!

a very nice hotel, close to the sea with very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Located close to the beach, shops and restaurants but still fairly quiet.

This hotel was more than perfect. They must have had a recent reservation and the place was beautiful. The employees were amazing and the value was great. Breakfast was good also. Location you cant beat as its on the beach block.

Excellent, the staff were very helpful with regardto our room and where we should park our car.

AS the hotel is situated at the corner of a very busy intersection @ a one way narrow street, parking the car to unload the suitcases was most difficult.

The rooms were very clean and up to date. THe shower had strong water pressure. WE were most appreciative of the host who agreed to waive the cancellation fee for our daughter and her friend who had to leave the country due to her friend's family emergency. THey were most compassionate and lovely about this. I told our travel agent that I would recommend the Hotel Nuovo to anyone on any budget. It was like having a home away from home.

The assistant tried to give us directions to go to Lake Como but had a very old map. Perhaps they could update their map inventory. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff as to their friendliness and professionalism. They were 'molto simpatico!'

arrival procedure, including specific directions to the hotel once you g et off the highway. THe signs to tohe hotel stopped before you actually got there. Also, if they cannot provide a 15 minute parking space to unload, there should be a way to alert the desk s to ones arrival from the street. The buzzer did not have an intercom to speak, it merely let you into the lobby.

Unfortunately we did not take the directions to find the property with us but it was not difficult to find.
The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nuovo Garden. The rooms were light, bright and airy and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Availability of free internet access was very positive.
Finding the hotel could be difficult as none of the signpost directions or the name over the hotel refer to Hotel Nuova Garden but always to Hotel Garden.

I was very happy with my stay...the staff were excellent, very pleasant, helpful and kind. My room was clean and comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was very good also.

Most of the signs around Levanto provide direction to Hotel Garden rather than Hotel Nuovo Garden - it may be helpful to mention that.

This was a comfortable spot in a convenient location at a reasonable price - one of the best places I stayed in Italy. I highly recommend it!

Ideally situated for the Cinque Terra, large, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, free internet and free parking. Town is just large enough to have all facilities, supermarkets and plenty of eateries and is easy to walk (after a day on the trail)with the nicest beach in the area.

Well positioned close to the beach, restaraunts and shops. Good location for easy sea, walking and train access to the Cinque Terre. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel

Arrived at station with heavy luggage but with no real directions how to get to the hotel. Had on line directions and address but no idea whether it was possible to walk with a lot of heavy luggage. There was no taxi at the station and no-one at the station could tell us how to get one. No help available at the station at all. However we rang the hotel for assistance and staff/proprietor there immediately arranged for a taxi to collect us. A1 service.

Negative - The hot water available in the morning for tea at breakfast was in a coffee pot and tasted like coffee. Positive - The staff at the desk allowed us to leave our car in the parking for two extra days while we took a train to another location.
