• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel is on first floor of a five floor building without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms on the back are very quiet. Rooms by the street may be more noisy especially in August and July week end.
  Rooms are surely private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have balcony, some with sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There will be air conditioninig in all rooms at no extra charge from April 2004.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking five minutes walking from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in La Spezia or in Sestri Levante.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Monterosso is five minutes far from the property by train.
  Bonassola is five minutes far from the property by train.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova Airport is 90km from the hotel and Pisa Airport is 100km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  No, there is not bus-stop near the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Levanto is the nearest railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 30 metres far from the property.
• Is the beach private or public?
  You can choose between the private and the public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
