• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are quoted per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer, upon arrival you can settle your bill by cash - visa - mc (no checks). Any further extra will be due upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are sorry, but the house has 3 floors, and it is not equipped with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Being the property located in a private residential road all rooms are in a quiet location.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the property is axclusively non-smoking, rooms and bath included.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have direct Sat TV with English, French and German channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Sorry, there is no telephone in the rooms, but there is a public telephone in the lobby.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Sorry, we haven't air conditioning, but all rooms have ceiling fan ventilator.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Sorry, we do not have Internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have private parking, but some free parking places are available along the road facing the Hotel. First comes, first served!
  Car is absolutely NOT necessary: the Hotel is only 3 minutes walk to the sea and the town is served by the frequent train, bus and ferry boat connections.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The closest best rental car office is in Genova Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at only 200 metres from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Portofino is at 3 km, and Rapallo at 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova international airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Sorry, we do not have shuttle services, but we can arragne a taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Piazza Mazzini, at 200 metres for town tours and in Piazza V. Veneto, at 300 metres for bus to Portofino, Rapallo, Camogli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S.Margherita Ligure, at 600 metres.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beaches are at only 250 metres from the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both public and private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, we do not have a fitness area in the Hotel. The closest Fitness Centre is at 3 minutes walk.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Sorry, we do not have restaurants, but we will be pleased to suggest you typical trattorias and pizzerias in the nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Unfortunately there is not Internet connection in the rooms, but the first Internet point is at only 3 minutes walk from the Hotel.
