• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from Midday - if rooms available we will be glad to give them to you before
  Check-out before Midday
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included and is a continental breakfast or a rich buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on arrival the total amount of the stay, charges for extra services must be paid at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms are distributed over 4 floors and we have one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our 25 rooms are quiet and romantic, with a view over the roofs of Bologna.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two of our rooms have a spacious terrace, please ask for them if you are interested.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of our rooms has a balcony, please ask for it if you are interested.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the 3rd floor is an entirely non smoking floor and rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has its own satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Free of charge air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a free internet point at the ground floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage next to the hotel and a public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At one km from our hotel there is a car rental service car (all major companies).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  At 7 km, the airport of Bologna named G. Marconi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry but we do not offer that service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  From the hotel at 100 mt there are several public bus stops for exhibition center, airport, railway station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 1 km is the Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry but we do not have a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, sure.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we are in the centre of Bologna, that is famous worldwide for its cusine, so if you need we can advise you on some nice restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, of course.
