  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    According to our payment policy guests will pay on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    All our rooms are located on the second or on the third floor. Sorry lift is not available.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there are no terraces.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    On request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Tv with international channels in every room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Not yet.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The service is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Not yet but soon our internet point will be ready.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a parking available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Nearby, ask at the reception for further information.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    The property has a souvenir shop. Guests can find grocery stores within 100 metres.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Riomaggiore, La Spezia.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Genoa, Pisa or Milan.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, this service is not available.

    There is a bus stop 5 minutes waliking.

    The beach is 5 minutes walking.
