• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 9am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per week and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included. On request we can supply breakfast (extra charge).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian ,English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground e first floor apartments. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Ground floor apartments have a cuortyard, First floor apartments have a gazebo in the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, only at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open from 1 June to 30 September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Foligno, 10 km away.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Cannara, 2 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
