• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you could, but there are also the extra to be payed at the end of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the main building and two in the secondary one.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Very quiet, very private and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is one terrace in the standard and in the superior room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in the Standard side sea view and Superior Rooms. In Standard Rooms garden view is available a fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  A thermal swimmingpool. Is open always.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private street where it's available parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, ten minutes far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino, 15 Km from harbour of Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request (extra cost).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Out our hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Few minutes away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
