• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Most of our international Hotel Staff speaks English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our room are soundproofed and therefore very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have got a common terrace and courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our hotel is an entire no smoking area.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV with several national TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our hotel does not have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point in the Lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private garage is available at extra cost. Ouside the hotel there is a free parking private space.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rentals are available at the central station La Spezia, just 15 minutes by bus from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Genova and Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request a shuttle service to the airports is available with extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 50 mts from the hotel with a frequency of 20 minutes during week.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  La Spezia Centrale station is only 10 minutes by taxi and 15 minutes by bus from our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  All kind of animals are welcome in the hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is a restaurant with a very well furnished cave.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The hotel has got a WI-FI area for free, in the common areas.
