  No, there are not but we can try to give you a room where nobody has smoked.

  Yes, there is a satellite Tv in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, there is not, but there is a public swimming pool 100 meters away.

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa or Pisa (both 100 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are not.

  Levanto (10 minutes walking).
• How far away is the beach?
  It is 100 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, please advice at the reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a very good Italian restaurant.
