• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are eight floors and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have an entire non-smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is and we have several national and international Tv channels and 4 satellite Tv channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our guests in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no extra charge for that.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an internet point in our lobby available for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private garage is available at extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Linate.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a private transfer at extra cost.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest tram stop is at 30 meters from the hotel: you can take lines 1, 19 (for the city center) and the line 33(for the central station).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Garibaldi station is at 4 stops of tram, Cadorna and central station at 15 minutes by tram and 10 minutes by taxi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs (max. 5 kg) are welcome in the hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
