Profile

Murgia Albanese is a Manor house built in the 1700's and immersed in the authentic Apulian countryside. Grazing cows, peacocks, hens, dogs and cats roam free. The church erected in 1737, has a beautiful stone altar and painting by the famous artist from Martina Franca, Carella who also decorated the ducal palace of Martina Franca. The bedrooms, fresh in the summer and warm in the winter, are furnished with pleasant family hierlooms.

The old farmer's house is a restored dépendance featuring gorgeous stone ceilings and a pretty veranda that offers a cool haven on even the hottest day. Masseria Murgia Albanese has conserved its original agricultural vocation, that of the breeding of milking cows and courtyard animals which give guests the possibility to rediscover forgotten values..
