 Cooking lessons with Fiorella:
Gourmets can have "delicious experiences" by directly participating in the preparation of traditional dishes, helping and contributing to make them and learn the correct cooking method, the true secrets of traditional cuisine, and later try these dishes in an unforgettable dinner accompanied by excellent wine. Cheese lessons, fresh pasta (orecchiette and cavatelli), traditionals "dolcetti" (cookies) and cakes, lessons of liqueurs and "rosoli" (traditional spirit) and lessons of hand-made preserves. |

We are close to some Glof Clubs: "Riba dei Tessali", "Barialto", "Metaponto".
Our farmhouse enjoys a very good location Noci, the nearest town is at approx 7 km far from us. In Noci there are a wide range of good restaurants (our region is renowned for its cooking traditions), shops, banks and a cinema. Alberobello, the famous "town of the trulli" is at only 12 km far from us. Moreover if you fancy swimming, our Masseria is at 20 minutes far from the Jonian sea and 40 minutes from the Adriatic sea. Staying by us you will be deeply immersed in the gorgeous Apulian countryside but close to the main attractions of the region (we suggest to come here by car as driving along our streets pointed by impressive olive trees is an unforgettable experience!). |
