Everyone was wonderful. The Room we requested and was very pretty. Great light and amazing view. The nights were noisy with neihbors, I guess. Lots of partying. ANd one evening a wedding was scheduled which we did no know about before hand. THe reception with the band was right under our room and there was no sleeping! I would have requested a room away from the reception had we known.

The nicest thing about your hotel are the staff. They were amazingly helpful with arranging drivers, dinner reservations, getting a doctor for me. Anythihg we needed they tried to help with. They made us feel like home and that we were very special. THnak you.

It requires a small walk to get to the hotel from the nearest possible drop off point.

It was absolutely beautiful. Francesca was so helpful and friendly. The Palazzo Murat have been better. The patio were we had breakfast each morning was gorgeous with fantastic views.

Also helpful making reservations for ferry to Capri . Had info & schedlues bus for touring of the area

This was our second visit to the Hotel Palazzo Murat. It is a lovely,first class hotel.
The only thing we did not like was our rooms bathroom was up a flight of stairs and that was inconvenient. We would definately ask for a room w/o the stairs to the bath should we visit again.

The sea views are spectacular. It would also be nice if you could arrange to have breakfast earlier than 8am especially on days we did day trips.

They should explain how to use the air conditiong control. It was very confusing.

Perfectly located near the beach and near shopping and restaurants. Is a short walk either up hill to more shops etc. or down hill to the water. Setting is a beautiful garden and rooms are equally beautiful. Don't worry about getting your bags there as there are Porters who can help---no cars can get to the hotel--only foot traffic.

We as Americans would prefer thicker towels and wash cloths. Otherwise the only yhing missing was a view of the sea. Your restaurant was fabulous also!
