Between 20 days and 14 days one night will be charged, between 13 days and 2 days two nights will be charged. Between 1 day and the date of arrival the full stay will be charged. The same penalty will be charged once in hotel, in case of reduction of the stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 480 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
