• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.

  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Danish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All of the rooms are on the first floor, which is accessed via a flight of 20 stairs. Muà does not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there aren't any terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there aren't any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Muà is all non smoking, rooms and commow area.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have LCD television with international channnels and pay paer view in original language.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is a telephone in the commow area.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms. There aren't extra charge, it's seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There isn't an Internet Point but wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking is possible on location nearby (reservation is needed)and has an extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close Muà, about 200 m is possible to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Guglielmo Marconi Airport is far about 8 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we a have a shuttle service from airport to Muà and from Muà to airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 m from Muà there is a bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bologna train station is at 700 m from Muà.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
