Midway between the verdant Versilia and the spectacular scenery of the Cinque Terre, 5 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and the "Alpi Apuane", near the river Magra park, in a place endowed with naturalistic, archaeological and cultural resources there is the Agriturismo Monteverde, a country farm after the Ligurian style, spreading over a hill of about 7 hectares on the sides of Castelnuovo Magra. |
Here, vines and olives are cultivated with skill and love, extra virgin oil, honey, jam, bio vegetables and eggs produced, and farmyard animals bred. The Agriturismo is run by Anna Ceroni and her daughter Birginia who resigned their job -as a teacher and a professional respectively- just to cultivate a passion for nature, a deep-rooted passion since the family has been running farms in Tuscany since ever. |
