• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 p.m. or earlier on request upon availability.
  Check-out: 10.00 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments can be located at the first or ground floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own room outdoor where is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Outdoor space.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer if people don't smoke but it's not forbidden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Within the end of May we will have to disposition in means the olive trees, one magnificent swimming pool (18x6 mt).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Massa (5 minutes by car).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelnuovo Magra.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa: 60 km.
  Genoa: 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's located 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sarzana, 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
