• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Buffet Breakfast is included in the price and is served at the Restaurant from 7.00 to 10.00. The Bar service is an extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can set the bill on arrival, except for the extra that will be settled at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 4 floors and the elevator is available for the 3 floors of the rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are provided with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is the ceiling fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an internet point in the lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage of the Hotel, available by reservation received.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 300 mt far from the hotel there is Hertz and Europcar.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  All types of shops are in the pedestrian shopping area at 30 mt far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Chiavari.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova, Airport "Cristoforo Colombo".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange the transfert from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 50 meters away from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiavari.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 500 mt far from the Hotel, at 10 minutes walking.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both of them.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we do have our famous Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In the room there is a telephone connection by which you can surf the Internet. Otherwise you can use the ADSL connection of the Internet point in the lounge.
