• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not provided, but we offer a breakfast tray composed of marmalade, bread, milk, coffee, home made cakes and water.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment are very quiet and romantic, as immersed in the green countryside.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided, with a weekly change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a courtyard at our guests' disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment has a satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning, it is not needed!
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just ask the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the village Allerona there are many grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are located in a Wine Road.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Allerona.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia or Roma Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 350 m from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Allerona or Orvieto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but at 30 minutes driving distance there is a termal town: San Casciano ai Bagni.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets, with an extra charge of 30 Eur per week.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
