The Chef Umberto Cavina: After some seasonal experiences in the kitchens of the Romagna riviera and after one year experience on holiday cruisers, collaborating for years with the most important Italian chefs like Gualtiero Marchesi at the Grand Hotel Quisisana of Capri and Gino Angelili at the restaurant Rex of Los Angeles, till he arrived to collaborate with Stefano Cavallini at the Halkin Hotel of London. |
 Cantina: Situated in the "Ghiacciaia" of the monastery the cantina is a rich choice of national and international wines besides it offers local wine or regional production in order to best highlight the typical gastronomic quality of the surrounding. In the cantina guests are welcome to enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner. Cloister well: According to a popular tradition this old well that is in the middle of the cloister was sank by San Francesco during his visit in 1223. Here a wonderful piano makes of every night an unforgettable time to be accompanied with great drinks specially made by the bartender. |

 Bologna (30 km): The painstaking effort begins to bear fruit and the urban plan is gradually taking shape under our eyes. We will now try to extend the picture to include some vital thoroughfares which branch out from Piazza Maggiore. Let's walk along via dé Giudei, through an intricate maze of alleyways full of atmosphere and recently enlivened by the presence of craft workshops harmoniously blending into the architectural context: we feel as if we were walking through the unsubstantial essence of the past. Then we went to Bologna, and I believe that in the whole world no other place more free or so beautiful could be found.
Imola Racetrack (12 km): For the citizens of Imola the desire for speed has been part of their make-up since ancient times. The Fame surrounding the track is obviously, the circuit is now permanent. In the 19th September 1979, with the Dino Ferrari Grand Prix, an untitled race, the new era of Formula 1 begins at Imola. After the death of Enzo Ferrari on the 14th August, the name "Drake" was placed beside that of his son in the sign above the Imola race circuit.
