• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No for apartments, only in the Suite rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the balance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a large terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the office of the estate.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The pool of the neighbouring Golf Club is open to the guests of La Montecchia.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The car can be parked on the grounds.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented in Padova, 15 km
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Selvazzano Dentro (3 km).
