• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you want you can settle your bill on arrival, but we normally ask to pay in advance only to people leaving earlier than 8:00 am in the morning
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors besides the groundfloor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and some of them, facing the square have a romantic view of the old town's centre
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most rooms have a little balcony, open air terraces an courtyards are available at the ground floor and first floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most rooms have a little balcony, open air terraces an courtyards are available at the ground floor and first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke only on the balconies and all other open air spaces.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite TV with CNN and Eurosport in english, ARD and ZDF in german, TF1 in french besides 8 italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  From all rooms you can call anywhere just dialing zero to get an outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is working in summer (from June to September), there is no extra charge and guests can turn to the preferred temperature.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  An Internet point is available in our meeting-room. Guests should apply to the reception desk before use.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Sorry, no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  As the hotel is located in a pedestrian area there is no parking, but free parkings are available nearby. Special discounts on metered parkings are available buying the ticket at the hotel's reception desk.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car rental is within walking distance from the hotel, but the receptionists can reserve a car for you and it will be sent to the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  A supermarket is just one block from the hotel, and all other shops are just around the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is in the centre of Stresa (5000 inhabitants).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa airport is just 50 minutes drive far from Stresa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A shuttle service to Malpensa airport stops 20 meters from hotel. It works upon reservation to be made by 12:00 the day before (2 days before for Mondays).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 20 meters far from the hotel.
  The line goes from verbania to Arona. Special buses to Orta, Milan, Gignese and Malpensa airport also stop there.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stresa's railway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. A taxi takes about 2 minutes. The distance is approx 800 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, no fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The hotel has 2 dining rooms and an open air "à la carte restaurant" opern every evening from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connecting your laptop to the phone plug.
