We got a room that was directly above a bar. The people in the bar did not leave until after 2 am so we did not sleep well. Also, there were a lot of stains in the carpet.

The room was not what we had asked for but the Hotel Porter, we arrived quite late in the evening, sorted out everything and we did, later, get a lovely room overlooking the harbour. The hotel owner was very apologetic and the hotel was very quaint, and very clean.

It was unusual to eat breakfast outside of the hotel, in the bar next door, but it was very nice.

Hotel was very good about letting us leave our luggage there until we left late afternoon.

That breakfast is not eaten in the hotel and that in the bar you only have a choice of one thing.
