• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price, and it is a buffet with choice amongs Croissant, chocolate cake, apple cake, cheese, ham, yogurt, orange and ananas juice.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  When you prefere, the cashier service is always avalaible, usually the check-out is around midday.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have very quiet (double glazed windows) and romantic rooms with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have 12 rooms with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only one room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in each room, and it is possible to watch English channels (CNN, BBC), French channels (Tv5), German channels (ZDF).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning in all the rooms, and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have the garage, wich is extra charged, and outdoor parking for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are operating with rent agency, with house delivery.
  We can also help you with scooter and bike rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, many shops and supermarkts are within walking distance.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Rapallo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova, at about 45 km. By motorway the journey takes about 20 minutes, by train and after by shuttle to airport, about 45 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The Hotel is at 5 minutes walking from the main bus station, and 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rapallo, at 5 minutes walking.
• How far away is the beach?
  3 minutes walking (at 100 meters with sand or at 200 meters with pebbles).
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, open for lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
