  The beautiful historical building has 6 floors and 2 elevators.

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms have a nice small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a satellite TV in every rooms.

  The beach is across the street.

  We have an agreement with a private beach situated in front of the hotel, free of charge for our guests in a special area (not sea front) reserved for the hotel.

• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The "Les Bougainvillées", our elegant restaurant with panoramic view and during the summer season our "summer barbeque swimming pool" open for lunch.
