• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms with courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.

  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV but only with Italian channels.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this kind of service.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  Yes, only small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but within 2 km you can find "Le Casacce" Restaurant which has a price agreement with our property. There you can taste typical Umbrian recipes based on hare, roe deer, mushrooms and truffles.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
