  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.

  B&B prices are per room, halfboard and fullboard prices are per person per day.

  Yes, it is included and there is a rich buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French, Espanol.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on 5 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooma are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are rooms with balcony and seaview, rooms with balcony and view to the hills and rooms without balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange taxi transfer from Pescara-Airport to the Hotel.

  We have direct acces to our private beach.
