 Gastronomy is without any doubt one of the highlights at the Mìon Hotel Sanìo Restaurant. For breakfast, an American buffet is served, including salami, ham, cakes, croissants, brioche, fruits, juices, water, champagne, milk and coffee. A particular concern is paid to the fresh quality of the ingredients, and there is even an "eggs menu", a quite unique detail that shows this care for hospitality: you can choose different varieties and ways of cooking, and be still sure that the eggs are cooked right before consumption. |
 As for lunch, there is a buffet served between 12.30 am and 3 pm, consisting of Italian food: pasta, vegetables, fish, meat, cheese, cakes, different kinds of bread and fresh food of the season are offered at the Sanìo restaurant. A 400 m² terrace is opened for this meal, so that you try the tables outdoors, at this beautiful gazebo placed 2 metres higher from the soil and with spectacular views of the sea. If during the evening you wish to have dinner at this terrace you may do it for an extra charge. Italian cuisine á la carte is available this time, with dishes born in places from Sicily to Milan. |
 The private beach is a 4.000 m² space where you can relax and enjoy tranquillity as in no other place nearby. As there are few sunshades in relation to the capacity of the customers, there is no chance of feeling crowded (a problem that is really usual in summer at public beaches in Silvi Marina). Anyway, the swimming pool is also available in case you grow tired of the sand, with its own whirlpool for a relaxing moment. |

 There is a varied menu of sports facilities close to the hotel: right next to the property, you may try the tennis courts, while 25 minutes away by car you will come to Miglianico Golf Country Club, of which the Mion Hotel is a partner. Canoes, bikes and skates are also available at the reception to go around the surroundings. Moreover, there are a number of national parks and reserves worth visiting in the proximity of the inn: Abruzzo National Park is 120 km away, while Gran Sasso e della Laga is at a distance of 80 km, and Sirente e del Velino, at 80 km. |
