Restaurant
You can choose between B&B or half board treatment. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner providing half board as well as full board. The chef of Hotel Minerva selects traditional dishes of the region as well as international meals, all served with great professionalism in a comfortable, air-conditioned atmosphere overlooking the swimming pool.
 
Meetings
Hotel Minerva provides two fully equipped conference rooms:
The Giunone Room, which has a semi circle shape, has been designed to be used in the selection and training of the personnel and for job interviews. It accommodates up to 40 people.
The Diana Room is ideal for conferences, company meetings, corporate gatherings and conventions. It accommodates up to 80 people.
 
Shuttle
On request, our guests can take advantage of our fee-paying shuttle service from/to: Railway station of Martina Franca, Taranto, Fasano and surrounding areas; Brindisi, Bari and Grottaglie airports; Brindisi Harbour.

Internet
There is Internet access from the rooms and our guests can also surf the Internet and check their correspondence at the hotel access point.
