First, without saying a single word they knew our names. Since we made reservation before, they basically gave us the keys and took care of the car. Two minutes after we arrived in the lobby, we were in our rooms. After a very long trip it was really appreciated.

Continental breakfast very good. People serving are very polite and always smiling. When leaving the dining room, some of them were wishing a good day.

The person at the desk took care of our lugages. He brought everything down to the car and even put the car next to the exit.

Nice and friendly hotel. Well located in town, where it is fearly quiet. No traffic around the hotel.

If you are arriving at the train station there is a helpful map of the town on the wall showing the location of the hotel. Its within walking distance (10 mins).

We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of the bay. The sun terrace was right next door.

This is a clean and modern hotel in a quiet but central location. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the restaurant excellent with large breakfast buffet selection and good lunch & dinner options. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Minerva and would return again.

We got 2 rooms. One had to be changed and we had no problem. This hotel was excellent and we would go back in a minute. The personnel is very nice. Great experience!

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room not as spacious as expected but very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good - wide choice - in pleasant surroundings.

We requested a twin room but were given a double. The situation was quickly and quietly rectified without any disruption to our stay.
