• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In is from 2pm, Check Out is before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. We serve a rich buffet -breakfast on the ground floor from 7am to 10am. You can also ask for a continental breakfast in your room (with extra charge)
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On arrival we can ask you to prepay your stay only on bed and breakfast basis. Extras will be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the hotel all our staff speaks Italian as mother tongue then English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 6 floors for the rooms. We have two public elevators for the rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are all soundproofed. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our rooms have new large windows, most of them facing the town.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they do not.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have satellite TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have one telephone line. Guests have to dial "zero" for the external line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms and public areas have air conditioning at no extra charge. It's seasonal: from June to September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. There is an olympic swimming pool at a distance of about 3 km.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private garage (extra charge) is available for our guests (reservation is required). Also some parking places in front of the hotel and a big area of public parking spaces all around the hotel (payment parking).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa is the nearest international airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfers can be reserved at the reception (with extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is only 20 m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest main station is Como S.Giovanni only 400 m away. Good connections with Milan and Lugano. You can also reach the Ferrovie Nord Milano (Como Lago) station, Piazza Matteotti, only 800 m away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant. But there are pizzerie, trattorie and restaurants closeby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
