• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price are all per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the room rate is included our breackfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Englis, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The are three floor connected with a lift and stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quite, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are some rooms with terrace and with courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are some rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have air conditioned. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby there is a garage with 200 parking place that agree to take the customers' car for a special price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Bologna airport, in Bologna centre or ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bologna.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Indipendenza, Arena del Sole theatre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bologna central station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
