It offers the possibility of a relaxing day by the Adriatic. The private beach La Peschiera is 8 km from the hotel reachable with shuttle bus. |
 Ristorante Il Melograno: Flanked by olive trees dating back to biblical times, Ristorante Il Melograno specialises in the Apulian version of the much acclaimed Mediterranean cuisine. Apulia is renowned for its vast variety of dishes based on local vegetables and hand made pastas unique to the region. The olive oil is pressed from olives grown on the estate, and many of the seasonable vegetables come from the hotel garden.
The Cellar: (La Cantina) The cellar features an extensive collection of selected regional wines from an area that in ancient times was known as Oenotria, the land of wine. Apulia is now renown for its selection of unique grape varieties, robust reds and pleasant whites. |
 Ristorante Il Trappeto: (open from mid October to mid June) Located in a spectacular 12th century cave, it features local rustic cuisine in a warm casual atmosphere. Trappeto is local dialect for an olive mill.

 Il Peschereccio: "la Madonna della Madia" is a 15 meter (45 foot) traditional fishing vessel that has been refinished for day trips on the adriatic coast around Monopoli. Weather permiting it can be chartered in the summer moths.
Conferences: Il Melograno is equipped with state of the art conference facilities for any conference need, from a small corporate gathering, to 400 person gala presentations. All in a suggestive and relaxing atmosphere. |
