• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 until 06.00 pm. (possibility for late check-in also if specified on the reservation).
  Check-out: before 11.00 am. (on request on your arrival, you can take the room longer).
  Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We don't make breakfast service.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay, any extras must be paid at check-out time.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floor and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The place and the apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  At first floor we have a little terrace for the apartments Mimosa and Melograno.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have a TV, but without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Some apartment have a spacious living room for 10-15 persons.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a small swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Viterbo, Orvieto, Montefiascone.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores and supermarkets in Bagnoregio (about 5 km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bagnoregio (about 5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome and Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bagnoregio (about 5 Km.).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Orvieto (about 18 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small pets on request at the reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
