Wonderful location - very close to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius - and close to the beautiful Amalfi coast. Fantastic grounds and pool in hotel - eating dinner in the evening on the terrace was a delight.

A beautiful old building fully renovated. The rooms were spacious with tiling on the floors and the bathroom even had a spa shower with jets around the walls. The pool area and gardens were lovely. The orangery was lovely and we ate dinner and breakfast there.

Our arrival was fine, and the front desk people were friendly. ... The property was beautiful, and in a perfect location. The staff in the hotel were not particularly friendly, and did not go out of their way to be helpful.
Breakfast was less than acceptable - meager and unappetizing. We had to ask for bowls and spoons for cereal, and there was little to choose from. ... A beautiful hotel in a lush setting, but less than friendly staff.

I am not sure what was on the website since my husband found your site an booked the hotel .... BUT I would be sure to mention the 2 archeological sites within short distance; walking distance to several pizzerias was a perk (especially since the kitchen was closed for the season), we thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife and live entertainment at the Paradiso. Once we figured out the lay of the land it was less than a 5 minute drive to several local towns and hamlets ... etc. Accentuate the very convenient access to the main roads. I would accentuate the privacy and security that is afforded to your guests, e.g. make mention of the security passage door lock, the room safe, monitered main gates that lock after midnight etc.
... Aside from the weather being below seasonal levels and the pool being closed, we were able to enjoy a tour of the beautiful grounds and have a picnic poolside on one occassion. We were pleased that everyone was so helpful and that the dining staff and reception staff made every effort to speak English and were genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoybale as possible. I really enjoyed the fireworks that could be heard and seen from our window which was held at the church across the street ... we still do not know the precise reasoning behind it but were informed that it is a frequent display.

The Hotel is not a quiet hotel! The property itself is magnificent and peaceful. The neighborhood is less so. Beginning after midnight one can hear dog fights (presumably, staged and purposeful) through out the night. They stop around 4am. The property is surrounded by agricultural properties and the roosters (many of them) begin crowing around the time that the dog fight cease. We never had a good night's sleep.
