Hotel staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is a tranquil respite, which gave us a couple of days of much-needed relaxation after an exhausting sightseeing schedule. The hotel dining room is lovely, and having breakfast on the balcony was a real treat. However, the dinner menu was limited and somewhat pricy. There are few shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel shuttle bus doesn't run very often, so be prepared to walk. The good news is that it's only about 20-25 minutes to Sorrento, and it's a nice stroll.

We arrived at Hotel around 10.30 pm so consequently missed the evening meal, however they provided a cold plate plus wine and fruit in our room which was really excellent.

The Hotel was superb apart from the fact that we did not have a pool which was being renovated at the time.

Gala Night, once a week should be mentioned as definatley worth a visit.

Peaceful, not too near town centre but within easy walking distance, polite friendly
staff who would go out of their way to help you.

The hotel expected to see two guests even though I booked the room for one - I would prefer if the cost of one person staying would be reduced in comparison with that for two

The hotel room was actually very basic and it was more of 2-3 star rating than the 4 stars as it was claimed

I do not think I'll be interested to come again to that hotel, even though it was not anything wrong with it - it is just feeling of not too good value for money.

Breakfast is certainly a good one - nice setting and pretty good food.

A basic hotel with a good location, somewhat overpriced. The availablity of the car park is a benefit for travellers using vehicles.

The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. We knew right from the beginning this was going to be a nice place to stay.
