• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is the daily price per person.

  Breakfast is included. It is continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. It is usually settled on departure.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors - there 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. They are the superior sea view rooms overlooking the Bay of Sorrento.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony. It should be noted down as a request when making the reservation.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. No extra cost is charged.

  Yes, there is an Internet Point in hotel.

  Yes, there is. It is open from May till october and from 09.00 am to 07.00 pm.

  Directly at the Hotel.

  Yes, at about 200 mt distance.

  Sorrento is the nearest town.

  The nearest Airport is Capodichino in Naples, at about 48 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A private transfer can be arranged at extra cost.
