I was very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness of the facilities, the cable television with CNN & MTV, the bar, the breakfast choices were excellent and coffee prepared in a perfect manner, the staff was extremely helpfull. The price and location was the perfect mix for me. I would definitely stay at your hotels in the future and have already recommended them to others. Again, I would like to commend each and every member of your staff for all their help on a multiple of various issues, from overtime luggage storage, to cable TV, to preparing coffee, to mixing a special drink at the bar, English was very helpful and their patience with my Italian was well appreciated. They stored my luggage for some hours after checkout so that I could see some museums before leaving Milano. Grazie Mile.
