• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we usually ask for it on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only two of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is. It is a satellite TV with international channels and Pay TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a modern business centre in hotel lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the hotel, but really close by. It is open during the day all year around.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is. We have a parking/garage with valet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the central railway station. All companies are situated there.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate (6 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but from Milan central railway station there is a shuttle service leaving very often to all airports (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airports).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 60 in Via Vitruvio and trolley buses nr 33 and nr 1 in Via Settembrini, only 100 metres far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Railway Station at 200 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Gym free for our guests at the Hotel Sanpi, our sister hotel, only 300 metres far from our building.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is open from 7am to 12pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
