- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Rooms: price per room per day. Self Catering apartments: price per apartment per week. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The price does not include our continental breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating is not included. It depends on usage. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can settle bill on your arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors only and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are quite, private and romantic, in particular the Duke's room, our suite located on the first floor which offers a large private terrace. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All rooms and apartments are provided with linens and towels. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, we do have a suite with terrace, and some apartments with patio. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, we have not rooms and apartments with balcony, but a suite with private terrace and some apartments with patio. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV in each of our rooms/apartments with italian channels only. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, but there is a telephone at guests' disposal at the reception. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms/apartments. It is individually controlled but not included in the price (price depends on consumption). - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, we have not a dining room but there is a large gazebo where our guests can dine all together. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a beautiful swimming pool sets amongst olive trees. It is open from June to September from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a very large parking. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car directly at Bari/Brindisi airports or you can contact the reception. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a furnished supermarket at about 2 km far from the farmhouse. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are vineyards and olive groves nearby. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest village is Ostuni, at about 6 Km. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is in Brindisi at about 25 Km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we have a pickup service from and to Brindisi airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is at about 6 km. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Ostuni at about 6 Km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are but they can not sleep in the rooms/apartments. We have a box for pets at the rear. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not a restaurant in the property, the nearest restaurant is at about 2 km and Ostuni offers many dining facilities. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
