Accommodations

 Masseria Tutosa was originally a self-contained farm walled in for protection from raiders. This pre-existing building has beeen carefully refurbished and turned comfortable rooms and apartments. The rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests while the apartments can accommdoate up to 5 guests. Each room/apartment is different from the others and all are finished to an extremely high standard with the traditional Italian flair. |
 Cedro-Limonaia-Mandarino-Aranceto: sleeping 4 guests with fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, fridge and washing machine, sitting/dining area, two double bedrooms and bathroomm with shower. Aranceto apartment has also a single room and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
Portico 1 and Portico 2: The two apartment called "Portico 1" and "Portico 2" overlook the garden and have direct access to the swimming pool through a beautiful patio. They are composed by two double rooms, one of each with kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. They can sleep up to 4 guests. |
 Torre Alta: Located on the first floor this apartment a double room, a sitting room with sofa bed for a guest, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps 3 guests.
Torre Bassa: Double room,a sitting room with sofa bed for 2 guests, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. |
 Moreover we offer three kind of rooms:
- "The Duke's Room": Wide and bright room located on the ancient tower of the farmhouse this room features a double bed provided with prestigious antique furnishings, bathroom and spacious private terrace overlooking the surroundings olive-groves and the sea from far away.
- Junior suite: Very spacious and welcoming room sleeping up to 3 guests.
- Double room standard: Masseria Tutosa provides 5 standard rooms with double bed and bathroom with shower. |
 Each room has been individually decorated retaining the original features of the ancient farmhouse with vaulted roofs, pretty niches and fireplaces. All our rooms are furnished with air conditioning, mini bar, television and hair dryer. Linen and towels are supplied. Towels are changed twice weekly, linen once a week. For those who stay more than a week there is a weekly cleaning of the apartment/room. |
