• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The full breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide everything.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just the one on the front.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do prefer our guests don't smoke inside the masseria.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Not in the bedrooms, but in the lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, I have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport of Bari, or next the Bari railway station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Mola di Bari.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?

• Which is the nearest airport?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we can arrange.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request, middle size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We ahave a wireless ADSL internet point, but not in the bedrooms. You can work in the garden or in the dining room safe the dining time.
