- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment per week. Possibility of shorter stays, price on request. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price. It is a traditional breakfast with sweet and salty delights. - Is heating included in the price?
No, it is not included in the price and it depends in consumption. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we ask for payments by cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors but no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, all the apartments do. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

Yes, there is a spacious dining room in each apartment. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

Yes, there is. It is open from March to October. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, free parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
Brindisi/Bari airports or Ostuni centre. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
