• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and it is continental.
• Is heating included in the price?
  It is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There isn't lift in the building. There is one floor where there are only three room. The others are on the base floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is one room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is the TV but not international.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning; there isn't extra charge.

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool, it is open in the summer period.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking but not guarded.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Manduria.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Avetrana is to 2 km, Taranto, Lecce and Brindisi are about 45 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Avetrana, only sud-est lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi are at 45 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
