By plane: Aeroporto di Palese in Bari is placed 69 kilometres from the property (approx. 55 minutes by car), while the one in Brindisi, Aeroporto di Papola-Casale, is 65 kilometres far (50 minutes). The Masseria is halfway from each of these terminals in the Apulia region, so you should choose the one that suits your flights best: connections from Milan, Paris, Rome, London and Ibiza arrive at them on a regular basis.
By car: If your plane lands in Bari, go along Viale Enzo Ferrari, Via Gabriele d`Annunzio and as you approach Santo Spirito, take road SS16AA and SS16. You will pass many towns -Bari, San Giorgio, Torre a Mare, Mola di Bari, Conversano, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli- before getting off at the exit "L`Assunta/ Complanari". Go along Contrada Macchia di Mare, turn left into SP212 and after passing L`Assunta, take your left at Contrada Lamandia. Otherwise, you may get off at the exit for Capitolio, keep on straight for 700 metres and at the first crossroads, take your right: around 100 metres ahead, you will see the Masseria on your right hand side.
From Brindisi airport: take Strada per Baroncino, turn right in Contrada Baroncino and continue along SC76. Drive along Via Ruggero de Simone, veer right into SP1BIS and again in road SS379/E55. As you approach Fasano, continue along SS16 /E55 direction Bari and get off at the exit "SP212". Turn left into it and follow the indications already described.
By train: If you arrive in Bari airport, take the Autobus Tempesta that reaches the central railway station in Bari - Stazione Centrale FS Piazza A. Moro- in 25 to 30 minutes. Then get on a train to Monopoli (30 minutes journey). Once you reach Monopoli -the train station is 6 kms away from the hotel-, in summer season you can take bus number 3 to Capitoli; otherwise, get on a taxi or use the shuttle pick up transfer provided by the Masseria. In the same way, at Brindisi terminal you will find buses connecting to the centre of the city in 25 to 30 minutes: these services have a special stop at the main railway station. From here you can take a train to Monopoli (45 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes). |
